High-intensity bodyweight training that produces more sweat in about
45-minutes than most people see in a week. 

No weights. No equipment. No nonsense. 

We've been named the hardest workout in NY year after year, but we promise, the workouts are totally appropriate for all fitness levels. 

There's a modification for every BODY.

HOW WE WORK: 

Classes are Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:30p. 

Classes are drop-in only. 

The cost is pay-what-you-can.
