WHAT WE ARE:

High-intensity bodyweight training that produces more sweat in about 45-minutes than most people see in a week. 

No weights. No equipment. No nonsense. 

We've been named the hardest workout in NY year after year, but we promise, the workouts are totally appropriate for all fitness levels. 

There's a modification for every BODY. 

Trust us. Just try it. 

HOW WE WORK: 

Classes are Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:30p. 

Classes are drop-in only. 

We don't offer packages. We don't accept registrations or reservations.

The cost is pay-what-you-can. 

We accept cash only.

Show up (address, below). Pay the instructor before class starts. Get the best workout of your life in a crazy fun, supportive environment.
